Responsibilities:
- Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
- Generate purchase orders as necessary
- Responsible for accounts payable and reconciliation
- Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment – credit control calls
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with leading accounting software(s) like QuickBooks (QuickBooks experience is must)
- Prior experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable) – Credit control is preffered
- Understanding of accounting systems, chart of accounts, various accounting, and other modules.
Language: Fluent English is must
Work Location – Ahmedabad
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
