What will you do?

• Working with cross-functional teams to identify new avenues for growth opportunities, including areas of – workflow, innovation, outreach, and strategic planning
• Create analytical solutions for data-driven decisions: Responsibility for a variety of reporting, descriptive, inquisitive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses while maintaining a strong emphasis on business outcomes
• Analyse complex, high-dimension data through a variety of tools, and analytical techniques to spot trends, draw actionable insights and hypotheses for observations
• Participate in strategic discussions pertaining to product and business roadmap by bringing a data-backed perspective to every discussion
• Collaborate with peers in a fast-paced environment while tackling multiple projects

Your skills and experience :

• 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science
• Strong in SQL
• Strong knowledge of Python / R, dashboarding tools such as Tableau / PowerBI, Excel / Sheets
• Basic knowledge of statistical methods / ML algorithms and visualization techniques
• Have excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to own and drive projects and analyses end to end
• Experience in technical requirement gathering and ability to document technical requirements is a strong plus
