Job Description

Execution of tasks (inclusive and not exhaustive) related to:
Accounting for GL and Tax related expenses.

Collectively responsible for month end close activities like booking of all expenses well within the tight deadlines.

Preparation of Delivery Challans and Invoices for delivery of Goods and rendering of services

Weekly meeting with teams and provides status updates of all day-to-day work schedules.

Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company.

Reconcile bank statements with books of accounts on a weekly basis.

Any other additional task or tasks incidental to any of the above.

Qualifications

The candidate should have at least a graduate’s degree in commerce background from a reputed college or university.

Well versed in MS office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Flexibility and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

The Account Executive- GL will report to the Manager – GL, and will be primarily responsible for handling all GL and Tax related activities with team including management of day to day operations. We are looking for a dynamic individual having accounting background with sound knowledge of accounting principles & accounting treatment of various expenses.
