Job Description
Position: Systems Admin Analyst, people.ai, Clari, Other
Location: Bangalore, India

The Systems Admin Analyst, People.ai, Clari, Other will report to the Manager, GTM Operations. A Systems Administrator, or SysAdmin, will help monitor daily needs of the tools, measure functionality, ensure breaks are updated to a working state in coordination with our internal BizApps team as well as the vendor’s Customer Success organization. Ensure constant communication with internal teams where issues arise, when fixes are needed and offer general guidance when updates are necessary.

A successful candidate will work directly with their team members (the GTM Operations team) to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timeline. The candidate will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each tool is compatible, working correctly and help determine if potential roadblocks are likely to appear. The candidate would be required to work on tools such as People.ai, Clari, Salesforce.com, Excel, Google Suite, and Others that are acquired.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do

Day to day management of issue resolution

Perform problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring system

Facilitate bi-weekly calls with external Point of Contact supporting the tools

Assist with organizational planning, QBRs to review with external tool Customer Success organization

Analyze and figure out the system needs of an organization

Keeping systems operating efficiently by performing any necessary upgrades and adjustments (internal & external coordination)

Helping with the strategy to maintain system upkeep

Track users, license counts and help determine growth needs for forward planning

Optimize and evaluate the system regularly

Training or directing users on the correct use of software

Internal enablement build, coordination and guidance

Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing back-end tools like Salesforce.com; developing and managing data hygiene plans, maintaining and communicating updates as well as outcomes
Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Salesforce.com

Excellent communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills and strong team player

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
