Job Description

Zycus is looking for a Content Marketing Manager. As a Content Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing the Content strategy and executing it across all forms of content (Long form/ medium form/ short form/ website copy etc). You should have a good understanding of the role of content in building brand, relationships, inbound and outbound demand.
You should have a knack for writing clear, concise and crisp, reader oriented content.
We are looking for a creative and analytical leader with an audience-first mindset for the role of content marketing manager.
He/She will be responsible for:

• Own & Execute the Content calendar for Zycus’ Marketing team
• Ability to identify issues, challenges, and gaps associated with content and to devise potential solutions in accordance with the business needs
• Research, write, edit and develop fresh and unique reader oriented content
• Capable of performing, coordinating and overseeing activities including graphic design, development, layout of the different content viz. blogs, articles, whitepaper, research report, ebooks, etc.
• Auditing and refreshing content to ensure relevancy in the market
• Overall, be the go to person for smart communication across the marketing team

Requirements:

• 3-5 yrs of content writing experience (Preferably in the IT software space)
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature or related field
• Good understanding of SEO
• Must be in love with writing and use it as a weapon of choice to express & present thoughts into writing succinctly to create compelling content in no time
• Must be highly creative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker
• Must be able to create content with various tones
• Must have good command over the English language
