Job Description

Zycus is looking for a driven, detail-oriented content writer to produce high-quality outputs for Zycus, which is fast paced, result oriented product based organisation . The content creator will update existing material, generate novel work, and identify new ways to improve content quality. This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, marketers, SMEs, to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

Determine the needs of end-users of technical documentation and create Feature Guides, FAQs, Onboarding Guides, Help Documentation, Troubleshooting Guides, Training Manuals, Release Notes, and other documentation.

Design and develop product explanation videos and other engaging content to impart product knowledge to various stakeholders.

Audit and update the content regularly to ensure relevance with incremental product feature releases, customer use cases, support issues, and other internal developments.

Understanding the details of and around the product and articulating them in a clear, concise, and illustrated manner

You must be able to distill complex information into clear, concise text and videos

You should be well versed with video editing software camtasia

Job Requirement

1.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical content writing for SaaS products.

2. Exceptional technical writing, video creation and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of Zycus in various types of content.
