Job Description

Zycus is looking for Product Manager with proven experience in building a world-class successful SAAS software product. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company’s success not only by optimizing the efficiency of our existing products but also innovating new products to solve the problems for our customers. Product Manager will play a critical role in owning the entire product Life Cycle, right from planning to execution.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
The Role & Responsibilities of the position would include:

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Zycus and its features across primary market segments

Requirements:
Key Skills that we are looking for:

• 4-5 years of relevant Product Management Experience
• Full time MBA from a Tier 1 B-School
• Proving experience in building a commercially successful Complex Enterprise SAAS Software Product.
• Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills
• Ability to Visualize and conceptualize new ideas and solutions
• UI designing & prototyping (use of wire framing tools)
• Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members and driving to success
• Excellent communication and high on aptitude
