ZYCUS Hiring for Sr./training & Change Consultant at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

Job Description

Zycus is looking for a Training & Change Consultant with training delivery experience of about 5-10 years preferably in procurement software (or technology) for global clients. This role will also support change management deliveries for clients and will be a part of Zycus University.
:

• To understand client business processes and provide them with Zycus’ software training, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to support healthy adoption
• To consult with clients and provide knowledge support (as required) to support effective utilization of Zycus products
• Analysis and proposal of training solutions basis the business needs/pain points for clients
• Research, learn, and get certified on, procurement industry practices and incorporate those in training approaches
• Train client Sr. Management and end users on Zycus products from a business benefit and functional perspective
• To turn around High Risk low Adoption clients with effective solutions via training analysis & programs
• Support Customer Success and Account Management teams in advancing business and demos for prospects as and when requested
• Create domain and industry practice documents and share best practices with peers
• Be a part of process enhancement/adherence in the training team
• Record training videos
• Work with the project teams and account managers team to understand requirements/expectations from training session (i.e. project set-up, client requirements/expectations, etc.)
• Acquire, maintain & enhance expertise of key functional areas in the procurement domain & the Zycus suite (regular re-certifications)
• Develop & maintain training material (project specific & product specific) for concerned areas of expertise (functional knowledge & Zycus product knowledge management.
• Be available to work in Flexible working hours including night shifts
• This role encompassed extensive Global travel pre-Covid which may be the requirement later as well.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of total software training experience
• Change Management/OCM experience is an added advantage
• Excellent training delivery skills (TTT certified preferred)
• High degree of self-motivation and strong orientation toward teamwork
• Strong grasp of Written and Spoken English
• Time Management & Effective Prioritization
• Ability to understand how businesses work, have excellent analytical and solution driven approach
• Excellent Business communication skills (verbal, body-language, presentation, etc.)
• Self-learner & Technology enthusiast
• Process & Quality Orientation
• Should be comfortable presenting to medium to large audiences across geographies/cultural/linguistic backgrounds.
• Excellent collaboration skills
• MS Office, especially excel (Intermediate level preferred)
