AirBin is a combination of multiple proven technology and methods for air treatment combined in a unit for purification of polluted air. Live monitoring, data, Command centre, Control centre will be available, 24 x 7 x 365 for the units installed. The unit is designed to reduce air pollution in five steps & the waste is collected and disposed of as per applicable laws for waste disposal which is non-hazardous in nature. AirBin is a next- generation, multi-function outdoor device for air quality monitoring and effectively purifying the ambient air, it has an automated control system and can be remotely accessed. The unit has an IoT & AI for fine monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge and reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Designing and implementing a strategic marketing plan that expands organisation’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of marketing representatives
• Achieve growth and hit marketing targets by successfully managing the marketing team
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present marketing, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
• Establish marketing objectives by forecasting and developing annual marketing quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected marketing volume and profit for existing and new products
• Implement marketing programs by developing field marketing action plans
• Provide daily report of field marketing success and communicate data to superiors
• Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
• Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
• Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
• Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions

Job Description:

• Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, and group enquiries.
• Presenting and Selling available and suitable banquet / event options to the highest possible standard.
• Contact Meeting prospective client by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.

Compensation:

• CTC : ₹ 6,00,000/- (Six lacs only)
• Incentive : Target based marketing achievement
