• Ensure proper maintenance by adhering to the assigned maintenance schedule.
• Diagnose and identify the root cause of assigned service requests for efficient long-term resolution.
• Perform troubleshooting, fault findings, and root cause analysis.
• Brief the client on the working of the entire solar plant, including maintenance techniques.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is the topmost priority.
• Submit a daily report to the reporting manager on the status of all assigned tasks.
• Strict adherence to SOPs set by the company, including filling required forms at various stages of project execution.
• Primarily responsible for quality assessments and maintenance activities at the sites in the assigned region for both rooftop and ground-mounted plants.
• Strict adherence to pre-set parameters at all plants as part of the quality assessment post installation of all sites.
