Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:

· Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals

· Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company

· Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved

· Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs

· Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs

· Track customer proposals through to conversion

Requirements

  • Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).
  • For ADM at least 2+ yrs. of field sales experience.
  • Industries can be tapped( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
  • ​For ADMs- prior experience of BFSI sector is must
  • Must be localite
  • Age between 25 years to 40 years
  • Must have two wheeler
