Role / Title: Assistant Team Leader Department: Call Centre

Reporting To: Operations Manager .

Contractual Role

  • KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any stream

  • Managing a team of agents.

Years and type of experience:

  • Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees. 4 to 5 years

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

  • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion. & other language will be an added advantage.
  • Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
  • Target oriented – driving sales numbers – daily/weekly/monthly. Technical Competencies:
  • Meet defined SLA’s for all processes.

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
