Full Job Description
1) Responsible for :
Generation of CAD concepts for a given problem / Proposals for a new concept
Designing the above with Manufacturing constraints in place.
Data management in the system
Data release in the system
2) Deliverables :
Part number creation
Part modelling and release in TCUA
Assembly releases in Layout part number
Generation of Suspension Articulation data and release in system
Generation of 2D drawings after incoporation of GD&T and best practices of 2D drawing.
PCP / ROCM release in TCUA
Part sharing with interfacing system and suppliers thru CDMM
Conversion of data in different formats likes iges, step etc.
Fabrication of parts thru proto / soft tooling route
Validation of parts fabricated above.

5-8 years

Qualifications
Diploma/Btech/Mtech
General Requirements
1) Should be well versed with Automobile and its systems.
2) Should have a valid driving license and know driving.
3) Very clear written and oral communication skills
4) Open to support to Build and validation team.
