Job Responsibility

? To study and educate himself by understanding the Insurance company and its product.
? To understand the requirements of the client and how best to source them.
? To convert leads into clients and effectively closing the deal
? To coordinate with the back office and operations team for back end operations
? To restructure and compute the premium structure as per the market and client company profile.
? To maintain smooth relationship with insurance co. and client
? To create his / her own corporate leads

? Good Negotiation skills

Mandatory: Experience In Insurance Industry
Any Graduate , with or without Broker certification from National Insurance Academy
