Job Description –

Position- Assistant Tool room Head.

Exp- 3 – 15yrs.

Location- Zaheerabad (Sangareddy District)- Telangana.

Industry- Sheet metal, Automobile.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure & follow the safety norms (1’S 2’S) in dept / shop floor. ( Man , Machine, Material … ).
  • Analysis the major & repeated break down hours trend graph.
  • Guide subordinate to make kaizen.
  • Analysis of top contributor for Production Loss. ( machine , tool , etc).
  • TS Document update.
  • Preparation Revenue.
  • KPI Reduce consumable cost & down time hours.
  • Revenue Report.
  • Follow the Die PM.
  • Plan Vs actual & Update the PM check sheet & Reduce rework % trend graph.
  • Spare management and out source activity .
  • Control The Quality Of Parts By Improving The Die Repair.
  • Entrancing With Production Team. Execution of actions decided on customer & in house complaints.
  • Daily QSP Man & Method Material Consumption Report
  • Monthly STD spare & Consumable items requirement
  • Monthly / Daily Man & Method Money , material & New tool to be made inhouse/External as per guideline New projects,
  • die static/dynamic check sheet & home line die commissioning
