We are Hiring For Sr. HR Executive.

Qualification: – Graduate.

Experience:- 2-3 years

Salary:- 20k-25k.

Location:- Indore.

Male Candidates Only.

Roles And Responsibility

1) Good Communication Skills.

2) Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval

3) Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms

4) Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules

5) Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates

6) Managing and handling the orientation of new employees

7) Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees

8) Managing the employees’ data of each department

9 Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • HR: 2 years (Preferred)
