We are Hiring for Branch Manager at Patel Motors.

Profile:- Branch Manager.

Experience:- 8 – 10 Years.

Qualification:- BBA/MBA

Stream:- Marketing/Banking.

Location:- Ratlam / Neemuch.

Salary: – No Bar For Right Candidates.

Roles and Responsibility

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

2. Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

3. Develop and execute strategies to achieve day to day smooth operation of the branch.

4. Build and maintain strong inter department relationships, addressing their needs and concerns.

5. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement risk management protocols.

6. Represent the company in the local community to enhance its brand and presence.

7. Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role preferably from must be Banking or Insurance sector.

8. Strong leadership and team management skills.

9. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

10. Sound understanding of financial management and reporting.

11. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
