Full Job Description
Warranty Claims Management:
1. Receive, review, and process warranty claims submitted by customers and service centers.
2. Ensure that all claims are accurately documented and meet the specified warranty guidelines and policies.
Customer Interaction:
1. Communicate with customers to gather information about their warranty claims.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues related to warranties.
3. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while assisting customers.
Technical Expertise:
1. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s automotive products to accurately evaluate warranty claims.
2. Collaborate with technical teams to identify root causes of product defects and ensure continuous product improvement.
Data Analysis:
1. Analyze warranty claims data to identify trends and patterns related to product defects.
2. Generate reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Warranty Policy Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with company warranty policies and industry regulations.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate and organized records of all warranty claims, resolutions, and related communications.
2. Prepare regular reports on warranty claims, including claim status, resolutions, and trends.
Process Improvement:
1. Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in developing more efficient warranty processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
Quality Assurance:
1. Work with the quality control department to ensure product quality meets the required standards.
2. Implement strategies to reduce the occurrence of warranty claims through product improvement.
Escalation Handling:
1. Address escalated warranty claims and ensure swift resolution.
2. Handle dissatisfied customers with professionalism and empathy.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
