Education:
BE (Mechanical/Automobile)
Catia V5
Strong CAD skills (Catia and preferably PDMLink), knowledge and hands on experience in the area of structural parts (metal) and brackets.
Knowledge in designing and developing complete solutions considering mechanical structure components, preferably Vehicle Front area structural components.
Hands-on knowledge with aspects of product management, documentation and release activities.
Experience of designing & developing plastic and Sheet metal components for automotive applications
Working knowledge of Catia V5 and Enovia/PDM.
Possess sound knowledge in Problem solving techniques by effectively using Quality tools such as 8D/ FTA.
Experience of working with suppliers to lead the development activities with a good level of product development cycle understanding.
Knowledge of the injection moulding & Press tooling is an added advantage.
Overall experience 4-7 years in automotive industry working on Plastic part development with good exposure to sheetmetal parts.
Experience in Bumper ,Grill components ,Mudguards for vehicle front. Experience in Instrument Panel (IP) Door Panel (DP) and interior Trim for Driving.
