We are hiring for one of the leading OEM manufacturer & supplier of heavy construction machines which are based out in Jaipur location .

Designation : DGM ( HR & IR)

Roles and Responsibilities –

  • Responsible for handling complete life cycle of shop floor team members including ER & HR operational activities.
  • The job involves organization building, retention, wage & salary administration, payroll and timely disbursement of salaries, shop floor engagement, Industrial relations, Communication, Employee welfare, conflict & grievance resolution, statutory compliance.

Requirements

Experience: Min 15 yrs + experience in Used Automobile/Equipment Industry.

Location : Jaipur

Education : Degree in engineering field (Electrical/ Mech or related) and MBA will be preferred .
