We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of TATA / Maruti Suzuki / Volkswagen / Renault / Hyundai / HONDA / TOYOTA etc. for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers. We require 1 Area Sales Executive per district so as to enhance customer reach & he required to be stationed at his hometown district and ensure complete area coverage from there.

Work Experience:- min 2 Yrs in Sales Team Leader / Manager of min 50 Team Members- Candidate will select who have sales experience in Four wheeler spare parts sales (केवल उन्हीं आवेदकों का चयन होगा जिनके पास फोर व्हीलर के स्पेयर पार्ट्स सेल्स का अनुभव है।)

Qualification:- Graduation (MBA preferred)

Interview Round:- 1st Round Telephonic / 2nd Round Face to Face at Lucknow Head Office

Job Location:- Transportnagar, Lucknow (ट्रांसपोर्टनगर, लखनऊ)- Only Local / Permanent Resident of Lucknow will select (केवल लखनऊ के स्थानीय निवासिओंं का ही चयन होगा)

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s reach.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Requirements:-

  • Two Wheeler & Valid Driving License
  • Basic computer skills – Mail, MS Excel
  • Proficiency in Local Language
  • Adhaar Card

Compensation & Benefits:-

  • Rs. 20,000-30,000/- per month (Negotiable) +
  • Minimum Monthly Incentive Rs 6,000-9,000/- (as per performance) +
  • Travel Allowance + Dearness Allowance +
  • Will be covered under PF & ESIC benefits. +
  • Will be provided Rs. 2 Lakh Accidental Insurance and Rs.1 Lakh Medical Insurance.
