We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Maruti Suzuki / TATA / Mahindra / Volkswagen / Renault / Hyundai / HONDA / TOYOTA etc. for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers. We require 1 Area Sales Executive per district so as to enhance customer reach & he required to be stationed at his hometown district and ensure complete area coverage from there.

Work Experience:- min 2 Yrs in Sales & Business Development of 4 wheeler spare parts only

Qualification:- Graduation (MBA preferred)

Job Location:- Transportnagar, Lucknow (ट्रांसपोर्टनगर, लखनऊ)- Only Local / Permanent Resident of Lucknow will select (केवल लखनऊ के स्थानीय निवासिओंं का ही चयन होगा)

Interview Round:- 1st :- Telephonic & 2nd:- F2F at Lucknow Head Office

Necessary Key Requirements:-

Candidate should be Local / Permanent Resident of Lucknow.

Two Wheeler & Valid Driving License.

Basic computer skills – Mail, MS Excel.

Proficiency in Local Language.

Adhaar Card.

Job Role & Responsibilities:-

Responsible for sale of Genuine Spare Parts and Accessories in designated territory.

Collect market feedback from retailers on product, pricing & schemes.

Customer Complaints Resolution.

Willing to Travel – min 15 days in a month travel to nearby outstation – Will be covering the allotted area intensively. The allotted area would be the same as the hometown of the candidate. Presence in the Distribution Hub required 1 day in a week.

Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics.

Build and sustain business relationship with retailers.

Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels.

Participate in weekly retail performance reviews.

Reporting : To the Hub Manager / Sales Manager

Professional Employment– Will be working directly under the supervision of Company Executives, which will provide a great exposure in the Automobile Components Industry.

Compensation & Benefits:-

Salary:- Rs. 20,000-25,000/- per month (Negotiable) +

Monthly mini. Incentive Rs 5,000-8,000/- (as per performance) +

Traveling Allowance + Dearness Allowance

Covered under PF & ESIC benefits. +

Will be provided Rs.1 Lakh Medical Insurance and Rs. 2 Lakh Accidental Insurance.
