Key responsibilities attached to the role:
To Increase Contribution Margin on our product sales, thereby ensuring profit margin to the company.
Producing new opportunities in the new business areas & also focussing on new product arena.
Customer intelligence – forecast delivery, forecast requirements, change in schedules by remaining in touch with the customer.
Zero Ageing of WH stocks & plant stocks.
Introduction of New OEM / Customer – As a marketing strategy.
Inter departmental co-ordination with PPC, Finance, Logistics, Quality.
Support to attend preliminary meetings with a customer for a quality / supply issue.
Support for the arrangement of third-party segregation.
Return material collection & documentation at customer end.
Local support for language & customer end information.
Handling of Domestic & Export Customers.
Interaction with OEM Customers.
Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
B.E- Mechanical / Automobile Engineering + MBA preferred.
Sales + Business Development in B2B in the Automotive Industry (3-5 years).
Sales & Business Development process knowledge
Customer knowledge, market knowledge, basic costing & finance knowledge.
Deploy Insights to address customer needs and delight by delivering a wow experience.
Sales planning, Product Costing, Budgeting & Price Negotiation.
Competitor Mapping & Market mapping.
Good verbal& written communication skill.
