Job description for NPAP(Die Casting).
” 1) New project planning”
“2) Decide the no. of operation based on the capacity.”
“3) Decide the process facility arrangement – Coordination with supplier.”
“4) Knowledge about drawing, understanding and interpretation.”
“5) Awareness of the 3D software (NX)”
“6) Designing of the jigs and fixture”
“7) Microsoft knowledge (Excel, Word, Power point, E-mailing)”
“8) Highly skilled for communication with Customer and Japan (English)”
“8) Highly skilled for communication with Customer and Japan (English)”
“9) Dealing with internal department – Follow up.”
“10) Knowledge about the Machining Process”
“11) Awareness of VMC & HMC of BFW, Enshu, Toyoseiki, Makino, Fanuc”
“12) Preparing the cutting tool concept in order to achieve the quality.”
“13) Cutting parameter set up the parameter for new project.”
“14) Prove out of machining process.”
“15) Trial handling and making quality judgment.”
“16) Knowledge of defects and their countermeasures.”
“17) Basic knowledge of the quality equipment (CMM, 3D scan, Roughness tester, Hardness tester)”
“18) Knowledge about SPM machine (Leak test, Assy machine, Washing machine)”
“19) Basic knowledge of the machine troubles and countermeasures.”
“20) Basic knowledge of PLC programming.”
“21) OEE calculation and internal trial evaluation meeting with all depts.”
