- Auditor / Lead auditor is responsible for conducting and reporting on management, business, operational, financial, regulatory and compliance related audits.
Job Summary
- We seek a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Technical Audit Manager to manage the end-to-end technical audit process of TVSM.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders and open to travel based on audit needs.
- As the Technical Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing and quality processes through comprehensive audits and seamless implementation of observations.
Key Responsibilities –
Evaluate existing processes, procedures, and systems, and provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
Work in line with audit schedules, ensuring timely completion of audits and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and data for the audit process, gather information from SAP as relevant to audits.
Conduct opening and closing meetings with auditees, smooth execution of the audit, timely modification of audit programmers.
Communicate audit findings to auditees in a clear and concise manner, raise clarification Note (CN) for deviations observed and receive management responses, release of audit reports.
Work closely with auditees to monitor the implementation of recommended changes and improvements.
Maintain clear documentation of audit working papers for the audits conducted.
Analysis of data, working on Power BI dashboards for proactive identification of risks
Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements relevant to the automobile manufacturing sector.
Job Requirements –
Bachelor of Engineering (Preferably Mechanical/Automobile/ Industrial engineering)
Track record of relevant certifications in quality management and auditing, such as ISO certifications, IATF certifications, Six Sigma Belts etc…. highly preferred. (Negotiable for candidates with right experience)
Overall, 5 to 7 years of experience in automobile / manufacturing industry.
Experience in conducting technical audits within the organization highly preferred.
Understanding on QC techniques, 8D, and TQM practices
Knowledge on APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA
Expertise in manufacturing process & system, quality control & assurance (Preferably assembly process)
Basic awareness of product costing, project management.
Experience and good working knowledge of data analysis, Power BI for problem solving, proficient in MS Office
Excellent written and oral communication
Knowledge of Six Sigma principles – Black / Green belt Certification preferred.
Knowledge of ISO systems, certification is preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
