To handle leadership and key positions hiring for group companies.
Support recruitment for Biz HR / Unit HR for their recruitment needs
Bring in recruitment automation process /HRMS. Improve efficiency in recruitment process.
Spoc for Recruitment data / HRIS ie open positions, closures, Offers, joinings, etc
Support Onboarding process
Develop onboarding policy / orientation presentation
Should be strong in hiring through various channels particularly through job portals, social medias
Exp in campus hiring for Technicians and Front line sales. Good connect with various educational institutions is preferred.
Do branding and open positions posting in Social medias ie linked in, facebook, etc.,
Ensure to follow the recruitment norms

Skills and exp :

Min 5 years relevant experience in recruitment
Industry background prefered : Automobile franchise/dealership, fmcg, paint industry, automobile sales/service, etc.,.
Excellent in communication skill
able to handle people at all levels exceptionally middle and sr level
Good interpersonal skill, Go getter, meticulous, analytical and process oriented
Time bound / strict adherence to timelines
Earlier joiner preferred
Should be from Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
