Job Title: Sales Executive – Automotive Wrapping, PPF, and Ceramic Coating Experience: 5+ Years

Job Description:

A Sales Executive specializing in automotive wrapping, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and Ceramic Coating services with 5+ years of experience is a professional responsible for selling these specialized services to vehicle owners, car dealerships, and automotive enthusiasts. This role requires a deep understanding of these automotive enhancement services and the ability to build client relationships while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, including vehicle owners, dealerships, and auto enthusiasts. Cultivate a network of leads and referrals.

Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of automotive wrapping, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and Ceramic Coating services. Be able to explain the benefits and applications of these services to customers.

Client Consultation: Engage with customers to assess their specific automotive enhancement needs and preferences. Recommend services and packages that align with their requirements.

Service Demonstrations: Provide demonstrations and examples of previous work to showcase the quality and benefits of automotive wrapping, PPF, and Ceramic Coating services.

Pricing and Negotiation: Quote prices for services, negotiate terms, and facilitate service agreements. Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to project completion.

Documentation: Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork for service agreements and scheduling. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. Consistently work to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular and proactive communication with customers to provide updates on available services, promotions, and the status of their project or service.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive enhancement services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive enhancement industry, with expertise in automotive wrapping, PPF, and Ceramic Coating services.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive enhancement services and their benefits.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and laws governing automotive enhancement services.
  • An understanding of automotive aftermarket products and trends is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
