Job Description:

As a Placement Manager within the education sector, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong connections with various companies and organizations operating in the automobile service, air conditioning, washing machine, and electronics industries. Your role will focus on facilitating the successful placement of students who have completed relevant courses or degrees in these fields.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Industry Outreach: Identify, approach, and build relationships with companies, service centers, and businesses related to the automobile service, AC, washing machine, and electronics sectors. Develop a comprehensive database of potential employers and their hiring needs.

2. Student Engagement: Work closely with students who have specialized in automobile service engineering, AC technology, washing machine repair, and electronics to understand their career aspirations, skills, and preferences. Provide guidance and support to enhance their employability.

3. Placement Coordination: Match students’ profiles with available job opportunities and internships within the target industries. Coordinate interviews, skill assessments, and other selection processes to ensure the best fit for both the students and the employers.

4. Employer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and HR personnel at partner companies. Understand their recruitment requirements and tailor offerings to meet their talent needs effectively.

5. Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry developments, changes in job demands, and emerging skill requirements. Use this knowledge to prepare students for the ever-evolving job market.

6. Internship and Training Programs: Collaborate with educational institutions to design and implement internship programs and hands-on training initiatives that align with the needs of the automobile service, AC, washing machine, and electronics industries.

7. Networking and Events: Participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking conferences to promote the institution’s placement services and expand employer connections.

8. Placement Tracking: Maintain comprehensive records of student placements, employment status, and feedback from employers to assess the effectiveness of the placement program and make improvements.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, business administration, or a related field.

– Proven experience in placement services, preferably in the education sector with a focus on automobile service engineering, AC, washing machine, or electronics industries.

– Familiarity with the job market trends, hiring practices, and skill requirements of relevant industries.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
