Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, and task oriented Executive Assistant. who will closely work with the Senior Management and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self motivated, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast paced environment.
In order to succeed in this role one would need Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily calendars of senior management
Plan appointments and events
Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
Create regular reports and update internal databases
Providing Administrative Support to the CEO.
Be responsive on Slack
Schedule Meetings, Reviews, Appointments, dinners/lunch and Manage Travel Itineraries,
Coordinating with Departments / HOD’s and getting the agenda done through them
Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Document minutes of all meetings with audio and video
Build Playbooks – Anything we do more than 3x’s gets a playbook.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
Knowledge of office procedures
Advanced Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with organization-specific programs and software
Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
High IQ & Current Affairs Knowledge
Ability to learn things Quickly
Well versed on Twitter, LinkedIn and Slack
Excellent Coordination and interpersonal skills.
