Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Growing deep customer insights, translating them into meaningful solutions and successful commercial partnerships.

• Cross-functional collaboration with various key functions within the organization to shape external environment through interactions with medical societies, medical advisory boards, regulatory agencies, and external working groups.

• Working closely with sales teams across Africa and South Asia to design blended clinical offerings for GE Healthcare education customers.

• Develop strong network of national and international KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for successful implementation of clinical programs. Systematically identify and profile Advisors, Key Opinion Leaders, influencers and proactively nurture a scientific dialogue and respectful relationship with these individuals

• Identifying right learning outcomes, program needs and faculty profile for all such offerings

• Executing the development of all Clinical Education program components – main program content, supplements, pre and final assessment.

• Supporting Sales team in clinical discussions with customers.

• Developing all programs as per schedule, requirements, and prioritization process of the regional education team. Using project-planning techniques to ensure all program development timelines and quality goals are met.

• Facilitating the accreditation work; work with global universities and associations to co-create accredited programs

• Create train the trainer programs and lead some of the clinician trainings as faculty

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Medicine/Health Sciences, MBA is a plus, Education with hands on clinical experience, program development exposure both in content creation as well as being a faculty and a flair in marketing preferred.

• Experience in project management and working in a diverse team of individuals to reach organizational goals.

• 10 plus years of experience in healthcare industry.

• Willingness to travel when needed.

• Strong understanding of clinical healthcare customers and customer environment.
