Senior Manager, Sales and Channel Operations
The Senior Manager, Sales and Channel Operations will be responsible for setting a strategic vision, overseeing end-to-end business operations, and delivering a strong operational foundation. You will play a key role in scalability and efficiencies in pivotal sales processes. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various departments to solve complex business needs related to subscription selling.
The ideal candidate has comprehensive experience supporting Sales in the SaaS industry with a deep understanding of sales automation, workflow optimization and enhancing user experience. This candidate has experience leading, coaching and developing a high performing team.
Responsibilities
Oversee key sales process including Deal Registrations, Partner Onboarding and Salesforce New Account setup
Build processes that ensure data integrity across entire Salesforce ecosystem
Own key SFDC admin functions including Sales Territories and user access
Provide strategic guidance on best practices related to Salesforce account management and hierarchy setup
Manage third-party tools that increase sales productivity such as Freshdesk
Lead an incredible team of seasoned professionals with a focus on team building and career development
Align with internal stakeholders to solve complex business needs and improve efficiencies throughout the sales cycle
Advise the business on the benefits and risks related to system functionality and enhancements
Share best practices to enhance Salesforce quality and effectiveness
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Sales Operations
3+ years of management experience
5+ years of relevant experience in the SaaS industry
5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (Lightning preferred) or other CRM
Knowledge and experience working with channels or resellers
Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a Sales driven organization
Strong understanding of subscription selling
Proven experience with driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
