Job Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
1. Quotations & Proposals: Daily coordination with Management & Designers. Take Details & make a customized quotation for the customers by filling details in a Pre-Formatted Proposal Form.
2. Advance Payment Receipts from Customers: Make a note of payments received from customers. Sending confirmations & reminders. Informing the management.
3. Creating Sales Invoices: Create sales invoices for customers after the project is completed and payments received. Inform Management and send the same to the customers after clearance.
4. Purchase orders: Daily Coordination with Management & Designers to create purchase orders (P.O) for procurement of ongoing customer orders.
5. Sundry Creditors: Track payments to Sundry Creditors. Keep balances up-to-date with payments against purchases from Sundry Creditors. Communicate with suppliers for statements and invoices.
6. Record Stock Available: Update stock register online of stock available with the company.
7. BRS: Daily, update Bank Statement and fill necessary entries under related accounts.
8. Petty Cash Ledger: Maintain petty cash and track cash on hand.
9. GSTR & TDS: File returns quarterly & annually and as per Govt Norms.
10. Weekly: Meeting with Management to discuss the status of accounts and make plans for upcoming weeks
11. Annual: Coordinate with CA and close books of Accounts.
Routine Tasks:
a. File all documents, invoices, and reports in their necessary folders
b. Print necessary documents as required for projects, accounts etc
c. Planning for weekly payments to suppliers, vendors & contractors.

Qualifications:
i. B.Com/M.Com/ CA(Inter)/CWA(Inter)/3+ yrs work experience
ii. Accounting Knowledge and reporting activities.
