The Role
Roles and Responsibilites :
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Windchill PDMLink as a business /system administrator
Experiance with the installation, implementation, administration, and maintenance of Windchill systems
Experience in Configuration and standard ways of deploying customization to the Windchill systems to meet business processes and customer requirements
Administer and perform major Version upgrades/minor maintenance updates and system configuration changes to the Windchill systems (coordination of all sites and IT resources)
Manage Production/ Test systems operations support and application administration of Windchill PLM application
Execute and monitors all test activities for Windchill test systems
Troubleshooting issues and support internal team on regular PLM activities

What we expect of you?

Experience requirements

5+ years’ experience in Windchill PDMLink domain.

Educational requirements

University degree in Engineering/Technology ( Mechanical Prefererd )
Fluent in English

Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of Windchill PLM system as an administrator (preferred) or as a user
Capable of interfacing customer and coordinate for the requirements, status updates, enhancements, deployments, and go-live supports
Good Command (Verbal & Written) of English is must
Able to work under pressure & plan & organize effectively with the right sense of urgency
Able to work on multiple projects by giving due importance to each project
Strong interpersonal communication
