Position : Executive – Customer Care Location: Goregaon Salary – 18K- 25K (incl. PF+ Bonus) Job role: * Require experience in Inbound & Outbound calls, Email, and social media process * Answering customers’ inquiries & providing support via Chat, Email, and Social Media/ providing the right information. * Communicates with other departments to answer customers’ inquiries, and solve their problems. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: * Age limit- 20 to 38 Years * Qualification- Any Graduate mandatory * Min. 1+ Years of experience in Customer Care * Excellence in English Speaking & Writing * Excellent communication and logical thinking are the priority.
