Job Description
Global Finance Organization (GFO) provides services to support Oracle’s sales transactions from opportunity through invoice collection including sales compensation administration, across all lines of business and countries globally, while continuously improving the employee and customer experience. Within GFO, the Global Finance Operations Enablement (GFOE) group works to improve GFO employee experience and operational efficiency to successfully exceed our customers’ needs and intentions with best in class standards and service for knowledge management, employee development, and communications. As a member the GFOE Readiness Team we provide project management, leadership, and program management services for Deal Management and GFO level key initiatives such as GFO Help, BEA, VUE, RPA, and Global Certification.
This position will create various online content including courseware, assessments, and knowledge articles to support new and existing internal Oracle Global Finance Operations tools and processes. The position may also be asked to develop classroom training materials and activities, support subject matter experts, facilitate training, and collaborate on communication resources.
Demonstrated project management and content creation skills. BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional materials to support internal tools and business processes
Demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills
Independently develop entry and advanced-level courses for internal audiences
Develop articles, courses, marketing content, and communication resources tied to strategic business initiatives
Work closely with application/process owners to determine needs of courses and appropriate methods of delivery
Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools
Participate in and respond to peer reviews
Develop certification questions for use in internal certification exams
Solicit and incorporate feedback from reviews and training events
Develop (and possibly deliver) materials for classroom training
Contribute to the team’s professional development by keeping abreast of recent trends in learning and sharing new insight with the team
Contribute to team training strategies and development of goals, tactics and tools
Participate in the management of multiple, simultaneous global projects of varying scope and complexity involving business processes or system solution implementations.
Work with multiple internal operations groups to define and document business requirements, roll out plans and procedures for new and changed functionality.
Promptly identify project risk factors and address appropriately.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on successful development and maintenance of training deliverables.
Resolve escalated issues diplomatically.
