Suggest information about products and services to customers and prospects
Assist in processing of orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions – Customer support experience
– Have a passion for over-achieving sales targets – Phone contact handling skills – Chats and Email handling
– Familiar with CRM systems & practices
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters – Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
