The Role: Implementation Consulting Associate, Credit Practice
The Team: Professional Services (PS) team for Software Solutions is a global team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic consultants with wide range of skills and capabilities.
We manage, execute, deliver or support both the initial and add-on implementations of ThinkFolio, iLEVEL, EDM, WSO, EDM Warehouse and SNL Banker. We use our extensive project experience to help establish our customers what their target operating model is and define suitable solution workflows to support it. This allows us to add value at every step of the organizational transformation. We look at the business processes the solution supports; considering areas of focus related to system performance or new business requirements; and doing health checks of the system configuration.
Every year, this this allows us to deliver hundreds of successful client engagements spanning multiple segments and industry verticals.
The Credit Practice within SwS Professional Services handles all new client onboarding projects across the Credit suite of products and platforms, with focus on WSO platform. The team is project focused and is responsible for all aspects of engagement delivery, customer onboarding, foundational setups, data migration and training for new clients and existing clients who are looking to add data to the platforms.
The Impact: The Implementations Consultant is a client-facing role implementing new WSO Software and Services clients on the WSO Platform. Requires strong team players who can also efficiently work independently. Knowledge of WSO and syndicated loans is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather all pertinent information/details in order to reflect date accurately in the system
Communicate with clients as needed throughout the implementation project life cycle.
Supports the Implementation Lean and Project Manager on all business aspects and issues throughout the Implementation project life cycle.
Facilitates onboarding of client data across WSO products with a focus on activity processing.
Process trade settlement in WSO Admin based on the information provided by client.
Processing of all new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs, commitment reductions, etc.
Process interest, commitment fees and investigate discrepancies when necessary
Reconciliations of various data points to insure accuracy and to facilitate transition to Services/Client for maintenance.
Assist with cash reconciliation set up, balancing and publishing of cash ledgers, as well as issue research and resolution
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience of knowing what it takes to provide a consistently first-class customer service whilst delivering value added solutions to address customer needs
Track record of identifying and analyzing problems, identifying and evaluating options, deploying sound decision making skills
Able to organize self, including effective scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, completing tasks to tight deadlines
Displays a resilient and adaptable style, track record of remaining calm in demanding circumstances, adjusting comfortably to changing conditions / priorities
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident and articulate presenter to internal / external audiences
Ability to build effective working relationships and establish credibility amongst a wide and sometimes demanding client group
The role would suit highly driven self-starters with a strong desire to challenge and deliver
