POSITION: HR Trainee / HR Executive
JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for an HR Trainee or HR Executive to assist us in our various projects. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in HR and Management Consulting with advancement potential.
During the traineeship, you’ll learn about various aspects of HR and Management such as Management, HR Consulting, Performance Management Systems, Professional Training, Forming of JDs/KRAs/KPIs, Creating and Implementing Company Policies, Employee Counselling, Recruitment & Head Hunting, Payroll Processing, Employee Motivation, etc. This profile involves regular visits to the client’s offices as well as factories/plants which provides you with an extraordinary opportunity to gain practical exposure of various industries.
To succeed in this role, good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Especially MS Excel) and good typing skills are important.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assisting Directors and Seniors for Client Meetings at their offices and plants.
2. Preparing Job Descriptions, KRAs, KPIs and creating Hiring Plan
3. Scheduling meeting with clients and ensuring completion of actionables decided during the meetings
4. Keep good rapport with the team members of the client’s company and communicating relevant HR information with them
5. Preparing Minutes of Meetings
6. Preparation of various Management Documents and sheets using MS Office.
7. Providing regular updates about team perfomance to the Directors and Seniors
8. Assisting Directors and Seniors in completion of daily tasks
9. Assisting Analysts during HR Analysis and creation of HR Reports
10. Assisting Team in conducting various Workshops and Seminars
11. Preparing Payroll and scrutinizing the same at end of every month
12. Sourcing CVs, scheduling and conducting interviews of candidates for the positions vacant at the Client’s company.
13. Handling and recording grievances of employees and informing them to the senior management
14. Assist in conducting performance reviews and appraisals
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 36 months
Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
