Key Responsibilities:
You will provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineers; this requires that you have the technical depth to make complex design decisions and the hands-on ability to lead by example.
for development and at the same time Architect and design technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions for our Product Development.
for system and product growth, and then ensure timely execution and high quality delivery • Focus on details of software development, design, implementation and debugging
Have high technical competence , strong technical background with track record of individual technical accomplishments – Ability to play the role of the architect for the team
Work with designers, business analysts, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment
You will be responsible for hiring and mentoring your team; helping individuals grow in their careers, having constant dialogue about their aspirations and sharing prompt, clear and actionable feedback about performance.
Key Requirements:
13+years of Experience leading a full stack engineering team.
B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A in Computer Science
Hands-on experience of Java/J2EE, core Java concepts (multithreading, design patterns using Java, collections etc.),
Spring, Hibernate, Gradle and building web services using REST/SOAP APIs java based distributed systems.
Microservices Architecture
AWS or Azure Cloud
Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
Kafka Message Broker
Proficiency with RDBMS Server in designing and optimizing queries, performance tuning and stored procedures.
Good hands-on experience with Code Repository tools and Java debugging tools.
Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as estimation review, design review, code review, unit testing, continuous integration/development
Experience with single page applications (we use VUE/Angular/React).
Building distributed, service oriented, microservices-style, and cloud-based application
Expertise in Cloud technologies / Amazon Web Services
Experience with SQL/No-SQL database technologies – MySQL, Redis, MongoDB Elastic Search, etc.
Robust software engineering – design, development, and testing, experience.
Good understanding of design / architectural patterns and automation platforms.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
Good experience on Requirement/Design/Code Review & Inspections practices
Good on Estimation Practices: Effort and Schedule.

Very good communication skills.
Ability to easily fit into a distributed development team.
Ability to manage timelines of multiple initiatives.
