Vastu Vihar is a company promoted by Technoculture Building Centre, an organisation sponsored by the Ministry of Urban Development – Government of India through HUDCO and BMTPC. Vastu Vihar is solely engaged in housing for the urban and semi-urban middle class citizen to meet their housing requirements. The company has been in operation since 2001 in the states of Bihar and Jharkhand and is now in 6 states in India. Vastu Vihar has completed over 14,000 units and has over 25,000 units under construction in 51 cities. The company designs cost-effective building components that preferably use local materials and undertakes the design and implementation of housing projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bodh Gaya for Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing finances, developing and implementing business plans, and leading sales and strategic planning efforts. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company is meeting its goals and objectives and is operating effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of finance and operations management
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful business plans
• Strong sales and strategic planning skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the housing industry is a plus
• Experience working in a similar role or in a leadership position is preferred
