JPMorgan Chase & Co. Looking For Executive Director – Operations Support Services – Mumbai at Mumbai, Maharashtra, Full Time

Primary responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent and high quality performance delivery from each of the sub groups that form the Operations Support Services
• Grow and strengthen a culture of challenging status quo and drive incremental value through test kitchens and pilot programs.
• Attract, retain and develop talent. Leverage cross mobility and skills enhancement programs to build institutional knowledge and expertise in the team.
• Build robust controls and monitoring processes to ensure adherence to internal control standards and regulatory requirements.
• Operate as the senior leader for Chase at the Corporate Centers. Participate and contribute thought leadership to local and regional Operations and Site strategies.
• Sponsor and be an advocate to the DEI and Business Resource group programs in the corporate center.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Leadership experience managing Production, Testing, Workforce management teams.
• Experience with Banking and Financial services organization will be an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior stakeholders
• Graduate or equivalent level of education/experience required

Skills And Experience

• leadership experience of managing Testing, Access Management and Workforce Management teams.
• Culture Carrier with the ability to build, lead and nurture diverse teams cross geography
