I have good skill of team leading, team management, communication skill, experience in livelihood, community mobilization, sports for development, Health, education and child protection. I have PG from XISS Ranchi and LLB from Radha Govind University. I find myself suitable for this position and can perform and deliver as per the organisation norms. I am very much interested to work with Adani foundation. I will be looking for the opportunity and want to give result with the team.
I believe that my expertise, experience and understanding about the community will definitely give better outcome in participatory manner. looking for the positive response.
I have worked in Reliance Foundation, Action Aid Association, UNDP, CARE India and other national and international organisations on different themes. Presently I am working with UNICEF-Lucknow and looking after the child protection and adolescent empowerment themes. I am good trainer and motivator and can lead the team in better way.
