Overview:

Physics Wallah is seeking a skilled Report and Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality reports, project proposals, and documentation for NGO and Government projects. This role requires proficiency in report writing, data management, and content creation. The candidate should have a strong grasp of project management principles and be able to effectively communicate project progress through quarterly progress reports, Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), and Annual Reports.

Responsibilities:

1 Report Writing:

• Produce high-quality reports for NGO and Government projects, including Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), project proposals, quarterly progress reports, MPRs, and annual reports.
• Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered within deadlines.

2 Documentation Skills:

• Develop and maintain documentation for NGO and Government projects, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
• Create project proposals with detailed plans, objectives, methodologies, and budgets.
• Prepare documentation for project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation processes.

3 Data Management:

• Manage project data effectively, including collection, organization, and analysis.
• Maintain databases and repositories for project-related information.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality throughout the data management process.

4 Content Writing:

• Generate engaging and informative content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and communicates effectively with the target audience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Development Studies, etc.). A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in report writing, documentation, and content creation, preferably in the NGO or Government sector.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in data management tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with project management software and platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
