• Identifying bottlenecks in the selection process and partnering with you hiring manager on resolving those.
• Being a talent advisor to your stakeholders and ability to find solutions to difficult situations
• Delivering a great customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders like your candidates, leaders, hiring managers and peers.
• Focusing on creating strategies and process that will deliver superior level of candidate experience.
• Driving operational excellence throughout the recruitment process.
• Partnering with the Hiring Manager to work on common projects that will impact cost, time and quality of hiring.
• Continuously learning about market trends and applying your learnings to the current processes
