Role Description:

FinOps lead role is pivotal to the operations management of the BU. It encompasses a detailed understanding of the SOW, appropriate translation to demand creation, oversight to proper allocations, follow through on any additional allocations, and reflect all these metrics into all organization systems. This role is an artery of the BU Financials and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

·   Track pipeline for revenue

·   Understand SOW, track and monitor key metrics

·   Track Net Add’s periodically

·   Ensure Enterprise systems are in sync with account view on Rev, Demands, Net Adds, Leakages, Utilizations

·   Improve on demand projections accuracy (Curb inflation)

·   Drive for recommended EBHC distribution/ Pyramid

·   Engagement type and billing type alignment and validations across systems

·   Validate MIS Reports, revenue, and allocation projections

·   Analyze account status, and gaps and provide insights on it to senior stakeholders

Key Deliverables (not limited to)

·   Invoicing Operations to be run Month on Month seamlessly

·   Demand Accuracy – Aligned with SOW and growth (Pipeline probability >75%) Forecast

·    Billing projection Systems accuracy in line with SOW – Billed Headcount, Investment SOW

·   MIS Accuracy Check – GM’s, Allocation subtype Trends

·   Fortnightly Net Add and Revenue Projections for three months

·   Leave Reconciliations

·   Ensure accuracy across all organization platforms

·   Identify and implement a process improvement a month after stabilization

·   Preparation of reports

 Key skills

·   Having 10+ years of experience

·   PMO experience. Project Management is added advantage

·   Analytical mindset – Data Analysis to provide insights, reasons for trends and gaps

·    Solution Oriented to resolve any issue

·    Knowledge of SOW types and parameters

·    Excellent Excel
