Desired profile: Looking for an exceptionally talented, passionate, and self-motivated individual to join the crew which requires a combination of people & business management, a seasoned industry professional with the experience of leading the F&B team and elevating the overall guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITY:
In your role as a catalyst for exceptional service, you will uphold the highest standards, infusing every interaction with the kind of genuine care that leaves an indelible mark on our guests.

• Oversee the F&B operations of the outlet.
• Ensure full compliance with property operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures , and service standards
• Monitor all guest satisfaction processes, and ensure high performance for guest satisfaction scores
• Track & monitor inventory and manage vendors along with accounts and procurement team.
• Menu engineering & pricing alongside chef and management.
• Manage entertainment roaster with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of the outlet.
• Build & monitor the implementation & effectiveness of promotions and offers for revenue generation and PR.
• Champion the cause of guest delight by proactively planning guest relationship skill development initiatives for the team
• Handling complaints and overseeing the service recovery procedures.
Create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.
• Carry out staff training of the service team to provide an excellent, customer-centric experience by holding the team accountable and removing roadblocks, while focusing on increasing revenue by suggestive offerings.
• Deliver organization budget goals and set other strategic goals for the outlet.
Develop improvement actions, carry out cost savings
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
• Ensure the monthly financial outlooks
• Understand the government regulations affecting property operations, ensuring properties are operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority
Preferred candidate profile
• Degree in Hotel Management or a related field with experience in a leadership role and managed the P&L for 8 to 10 years.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of the local language is a plus).
• Good understanding of the local market.
• Experience in managing owner relations.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
