JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Business Analyst

Function: Venture Building

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Automating and generating daily reports to streamline business operations.

Analysing extensive datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies for actionable insights.

Maintaining and enhancing MIS for optimal performance and accuracy.

Designing and managing interactive dashboards to provide real-time data visualization and reporting.

Conducting ad hoc analyses and effectively presenting findings to stakeholders.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Functional Skills:

• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address business challenges.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting insights.

The Profile:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, information technology, or a related discipline, full-time and from a reputable institute.

Experience bracket: 0-2 years

Age bracket: 20 – 24 years

Reporting to: Revenue Expert- Venture Building Team, RPSG Group

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Full – Time

Working Days: 5 days a week

Travel Requirement: Occasional
