Acme Services Looking For Assistant Manager – HR at Mumbai Metropolitan Region Full Time

 Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage industrial relations within the organization.

 Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on matters related to industrial relations, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures.

 Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

 Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and participate in labour negotiations.

 Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances and recommend appropriate actions.

 Mediate conflicts between management and employees and facilitate resolution.

 Collaborate with other HR functions to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations.

 Stay updated on changes in labour laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

 Managing PF & ESIC approval processes, addressing any queries from employees regarding these benefits.

 Maintain accurate records and documentation related to industrial relations activities.

 Provide training to management and employees on industrial relations topics as needed.

 Liaison with government body/authority to streamline operations & handle public communication, incidents response and conflict resolution.
