Background:

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with background from Infrastructure, systems
management/admin, hosting, IP/Network, client/device support and telephony is a bonus. This
resource should have a hands-on IT background, working with maintenance processes,
incidents, daily routines but also enough experience to make recommendations and work with
our Change Mgmt SME as we embark on a transformation of the area – moving towards
modern tooling, efficiency/effectiveness balance, connecting “local” ways of working to the
wider digital strategies. But mostly shadowing day-to-day work and helping out the two IT
specialists on site.

Responsibilities:

• Managing incidents
• Preventative maintenance
• Assess current work
• Shadow existing IT support
• Make recommendations to change management

Requirements:

Desired knowledge and experience:

• IT infrastructure & Operations
• On-prem infrastructure
• Cloud experience is preferred

• Knows how to support on-prem infrastructure (HW device (clients, servers), network)
• Be able to help out and support day to day amdst transformation of Customer Service Area
