Account Manager
Performance Launchpad is a leading Singapore based mobile advertising agency helping brands & advertisers in their user acquisition strategy. Our motto is to ensure that all our advertisers have a positive return on their advertising spending. We provide incremental user growth and in-app engagement for all our advertising partners.
We are on the lookout for a highly professional team player to join our Account Management team to grow our footprints. An ideal candidate should be Entrepreneurial, Result Driven, Ambitious with excellent interpersonal skills and a never give up attitude.
Experience – 3+ years
Responsibilities
· Working directly with the clients to understand their business objectives and creating an online marketing campaign followed by implementation, optimization, measurement, and recommendations.
· Understanding the KPIs for the client and ensuring that the monthly client targets are met.
· Timely implementation of the marketing campaigns.
· Monitoring daily performance of the campaigns.
· Identify and pursue areas of opportunity and growth, ultimately increasing and driving incremental revenue.
· Ensure good communication with cross-functional teams to ensure the growth and scale of the accounts.
· Developing strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned to the company’s strategic plans.
· Provide data-driven insights on how to optimise campaign activity.
· Mapping and communicating roadmap for client’s improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
· Gather feedback from the customers and share it with the internal team to improve our offerings.
· Represent Performance Launchpad across various companies focusing on mobile acquisition & monetisation.
Qualifications
· Top notch inter-personal skills and ability to clearly sell our value proposition.
· Team Player with an Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously.
· Strong Professionalism and Strong work ethics.
· Fluent English, Additional languages are always a plus point for us.
· Minimum bachelor’s degree; post-graduate or professional degrees in management
· Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint and aptitude for number crunching
